James A. St. Pierre is Deputy Director of the Information Technology Laboratory (ITL). ITL is one of six research Laboratories within the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) with an annual budget of $120 million, 367 employees, and about 160 guest researchers from industry, universities, and foreign laboratories.

Matthew Scholl is the Deputy Chief of the Computer Security Division (CSD) at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) and Acting Associate Director of Operations for the National Cybersecurity Center of Excellence (NCCoE). His responsibilities include the IT security outreach, awareness and training as well as the program to provide assistance to federal agencies in the development of security programs and assistance in compliance to the Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA). He is responsible for setting directions in research, technology transfers and working collaboratively with other agencies, national and international standards bodies and industry.
